My beard development stopped after finasteride

Didn't know if the remaining 30% or so dht would still cause beard development, but evidently not

I've compared photos from a couple of years back and it's the exact same

I actually started taking very low doses of fin (like 0.25 mg a week) for a while last year, because of this. But I'm back on proper doses for 7 months or so

My male family members can all grow beards, yet my facial hair is disgraceful

Obviously I'd choose head hair over beard, but it's an observation. I'm considering trying minox for the beard, because being able to grow a beard if I wanted to would be nice. But it's expensive tbh

Finasteride is also superior tbh, it works for like 90% of Men and more and literally FDA-approved and has decades of extensive backed studies of it for hair loss, Finasteride is the golden standard against hair loss meanwhile coping DHT-Baldcels will say “Muh Dick not work” which is mostly just psychological ED

Recently got a year's supply of 5 mg tablets (when cut into 4) for just over £50 or something, including shipping

Fin is totally fine unless you're aggressively shedding. Type 2 DHT is fucking useless anyway and fin handles that. If you're roiding, then I'd suggest dut. But as a natural, fin is totally fine. If anything, you might wanna keep type 1 DHT for a little bit in your later adolescence as it's the strongest androgen you'll have.
