I also feel a little more fatigued and twitchy after a good workout.

Eat magnesium-rich foods:

Thank you so much for the heads up, I eat salmon twice a week, bananas every day and incorporate some of these into my diet. I'll do more!

before I used to know about vitamins and minerals I used to get a huge head rush and feeling of relief while eating canned sardines, I assumed it was the omega 3 but now I think it was the magnesium! it's more than the rda

iherb is the best website for trusted supplements I got the three on the right for 50$ more than enough for the next years mogs everything they sell in stores
