My shoulders are upturned anyways so they look aggressive. I just needa add muscle. I have Jeff Seid frame when I'm underweight so it will mog when I add weight.

Well my shoulders are wider than that. Maybe they're above average just a tiny bit but my point was that they aren't over 20".
