(Hello, forum members. I want to give you all readers context; I am not a bad guy. I do not tend to cause or instigate problems with people, and I heavily condone against threats of violence or violence in general. This mean I abhor people like ER or Elliot Rodger, as he coped in a horrific way and I wish nobody ends up going down the rabbithole like he did.)
Today, I went to my gas station to go buy snacks for me and my roomates, since they said they wanted some. When I walked in, I saw the cashier.
Now, me and the cashier on shift mostly have had negative experiences to say the least, and I wanted to get in and get out. I did not want any problems
This cashier mischarged me and added an item I hadn't bought. I noticed this and pointed it out to him, and he quickly apologized and changed it
I got very angry shortly after, and I asked "Why did you do that? Have you overcharged me before?!"
We then got into a loud argument, with me asking why he did what he did and where his manager was at and him dismissing me moment after moment.
Before long, he escalated the issue, and instead of calling for his manager or giving me his manager's info when I asked for it, he abruptly cursed me out, rejected my purchase, told me I was a nuisance that made problems for him, and I've been given a permanent ban from the gas station
I thought about what'd happen to this clerk if they did this to the wrong person, but I am not that person. I called myself a pussy
I walked out after that. Never in my life have I ever met someone in a customer-facing role like that. It baffled me knowing he was intentionally mischarging me and he got angry i noticed and pointed it out; Either way, I called corporate and I should be receiving an email from them soon. I will not be coming back
Is there any tips on how to get a clerk fired? Let me know please
