My biggest fear about hardmaxing.

Many may say there biggest fear about hardmaxing is getting botched. However I would argue with proper a surgeon, research and planning this can be for the most part be mitigated.

What I truly fear is social judgement. I am honestly quite good socially, and have built a circle of tight lifelong friends. We all come from smaller towns with more conservative backgrounds. Thus I believe hard maxing would really hurt the relationships I have with my friends and the relationships I have with my parents, and siblings. Is this true? Is anyone else in the same boat?

I mean, if you're scared about getting "BOTCHED" id recommend you to ask the doctor for before and afters of other people doing the surgery
