My BIMAX results after 7 months!

I used to have an underbite and I had a bimax to get it corrected. My upper jaw was moved forward and impacted posteriorly. my lower jaw was set back a little and was rotated upward as the result of the maxillary impaction. So I had some degrees of ccw rotation on my lower jaw. and the net benefit of that is a more forward grown face. I didn't have true block ccw rotation which rotates both jaws in a block counter clockwise as it is not possible to be done on skeletal class 3 jaw since it would further push the mandible forward which is not good in my case. so if you have an underbite and need ccw rotation of the jaws your best option is, I assume, posterior impaction of the maxilla which in turn will rotate the mandible forward and upward a little bit. it will help to flatten your occlusal plane and mine is totally flat now. Also I had a modified quadrangular le fort 1 (high le fort) and the cut was made just below the infraorbital nerve. per my surgeon, my left infraorbital never had two branches and it was in the way of the cut so he had to change the position of the nerve (my upper lip is still numb and a bit stiff when I wake up which I think is the result of change the position of my nerve, but some it sensation has come back recently. also the upper gums are completely numb) to be able to make the cut hight enough. Also, I haven't got genio but the rotation has made my chin shorter and more forward. in my previous post, I shared my x ray photos.
also added my front (back camera and flash light) (frauding my eyes a little here and trying to pose) thinking about rhinoplasty too.

get rhinoplasty, you won’t regret it and it’s not too expensive if you’re at the right plsce
i do have a midface on the shorter side but i don't plan to do much for that i'd rather fix my occlusions and have a similar surgery as this dude
