But it’s literally the only way how else do I get vertical maxillaPlease do not get extractions.
Where do you think the LeFort 1 cut is? It’s the lower maxilla that’s gonna need to advance. So you’re not gonna have a “vertical maxilla” anyway. But it’s literally the only way how else do I get vertical maxilla
Extractions would result in vertical maxilla. Then it’s just about advancing it, I know where the cut is, I’d prob need malar cheek implants to advance upper midface with lower. But I would have vertical maxilla. You misunderstand me. When I say vertical I mean from bottom of your pyriform aperture (where lefort 1 is) to the bottom of your top teeth should be vertical.Where do you think the LeFort 1 cut is? Do you know the side effects of extractions? The lack of bone/teeth support for your soft tissue, the obstruction of airway, etc.
You were given 32 teeth for a reason.
Also look at the space the healthy skull has between his teeth and the back of his jaw. Mine r right up next to the back of my jaw. Obviously my weak bone structure is too small for the amount of teeth I have.Where do you think the LeFort 1 cut is? It’s the lower maxilla that’s gonna need to advance. I understand. You’re getting extractions to make room for dental compensation to fix your incisor torque. You need maxillary expansion to make room, not extractions. You make room for the teeth, not take your perfectly fine teeth to make room.Extractions would result in vertical maxilla. @MeinChadf heres my skull I do have protrusion because my maxilla is so small no room for my teeth
Can't tell from xrays but looks like your nasal base is recessed too. Are you Asian?@LooksOverAll what do you think my face would benefit most from? Implants? Bimax? Extractions? You seem to have a good knowledge of facial structures like mine. I have a recessed face like Malfoy lol but add bimaxillary protrusion to him as well
Half AsianCan't tell from xrays but looks like your nasal base is recessed too. Are you Asian?
So then you probably need lefort 2/3 or midface implants as opposed to bimax.Half Asian

Yeah, you're right. You need CCW bimax after extractions.View attachment 1357095
here’s me. And damn lefort 3 lololol. Lefort three would just bring everything forward I’d still have bimaxillary protrusion. The relationship between teeth position and nasal base position needs to be changed so that they are over reach other harmoniously. I’ll prob get implants.
JFL why are you comparing you skull to that of a white man
i have mouth of the left but nose of the right
I can’t talk about extractions. I got my wisdom teeth removed. It’s quite common in Germany. Idk if they are that bad but pretty much everyone gets those extracted.
Yes I’m half Asian.JFL why are you comparing you skull to that of a white man
The left picture is how your skull is supposed to look like
I have a photo of myself in this threadI can’t talk about extractions. I got my wisdom teeth removed. It’s quite common in Germany. Idk if they are that bad but pretty much everyone gets those extracted.
I can only talk about the aesthetics of your Face which heavily relys on soft tissue. You can dm me a pic of your side profile and I can give my input. I can say where your jaws and chin etc should be but I’m no surgeon so I can only give a rough estimate with which surgery you can achieve that.
Are you fat?I have a photo of myself in this thread
I already got my wisdom teeth removed so more extractions would be beyond the norm. I’d end up with only 24 teeth totalI can’t talk about extractions. I got my wisdom teeth removed. It’s quite common in Germany. Idk if they are that bad but pretty much everyone gets those extracted.

No just bad facial bonesAre you fat?
No?But it’s literally the only way how else do I get vertical maxilla
It’s that or midface implants
Not sure what do you mean by vertical maxilla bu you can get a double jaw surgery with a CCW rotation without any extractions. Of course salvaging wisdom teeth might not be possible but premolars very much so.It’s that or midface implants
On so i cannot talk about the requirement of teeth extractions. I know that bsso is partially also done to create more room for the teeth. It might be mandatory to first have atleast some space to make the cut in the first place tho. I’m just guessing here that’s up for the surgeon.I already got my wisdom teeth removed so more extractions would be beyond the norm. I’d end up with only 24 teeth total
