Absolutely brutal to think that many men across the world, regardless of religion , race or whatever. Sooner or later many meet this fate. A fate worse than death. It would be even more brutal for your parents to be dead/not wish you a happy birthday or in general your whole bloodline to not wish

Majority of men are worker ants. Only good to provide, brutal world we live in.

May the world be cleansed by fire. Life as a man is hardcore difficulty. Get me off this planet. The human body is too confining.

Celebrating birthdays isn't an Islamic concept and in fact goes against it. So I don't attach any importance to it. Also, even when I was younger I would have headaches on my birthdays, so I never liked birthdays. Only later did I find out it went against Islamic principles anyway. The Islamic train of thought it is you attach importance to this world instead of the hereafter. That's why it's forbidden.

@emeraldglass Thoughts bhai?

I didn't mean to imply otherwise. Loneliness is soul-crushing. In fact, a common saying in the Islamic community is that marriage is half of your faith.

When I get told to pray, I often say "I can't, my faith is incomplete." But they don't like that argument.

I learned to not celebrate birthdays anymore or put too much energy into them. It's like worshipping your mortal body, reminding yourself you are one year closer to death. Gives you an existential crisis, attaches you to this cursed world and so on

She probably knows he's a loser, it's not uncommon for mothers to hate their sons. They would tolerate daughters a lot more

Too many npcs attached to this degenerate world, ignorant of their true selves. Being igorant is the worst thing you can be on earth. The hive mind is strong and if you don't go by it , they call you weird. Weird is something you can't understand. And they can't and will never understand for they don't have the awareness and conciousness for it. Life is all about perspectives

Well said, man! I often get called weird by people but I don't see that as an insult. They quickly add "the good kind of weird," whatever that means. Good to see you being open-minded.

True, birthday is a concept coming from non Muslim traditions. So us celebrating it is like trying to imitate the non believers. And if you think about it, what is there to celebrate? You’re getting closer to death. Why should I celebrate that?

Celebration of birthdays is a pagan custom and even Christian are told in the Bible to abstain from participating in this pagan custom.

It's more challenging for me to imagine a reality where I don't exist than it is to envision an entirely different life after death.

When uncertainty arises about the conclusion, I find it helpful to return to the fundamental principles of the beginning. How did the universe come into existence when there was nothing before it? Also, considering that it continues to expand with each passing second. And the perfect balance in our world raises doubts about mere coincidence, like atheists believe.

Oh, that's deeper than what I assumed you were worried about. I thought for you it was a matter of "Am I going to heaven? Am I going to hell?" By the way, some Islamic scholars claim that there's a state of being where you are neither dead nor alive (or where you're neither in hell nor in heaven). Interesting stuff, those ideas are a lot better than the nothingness I am fearing.

I feel you bro. Celebrating birthdays didn't make sense to since I was a child. It's like it's designed to show the difference of status. If anything, you release a little dopamine in your monkey brain and thats it. Just like others said it's only a reminder that you getting closer to death. When I express these thoughts to other people. They tell me I am pessimistic about the world. What I am really is a realist trying to make sense of this ugly world we live in. I am Glad i am not only me who feels this way.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm worried about. I thought you mentioned having some uncertainty about what comes after this life, so I just wanted to make it clear why we should believe in an afterlife.

And that state you were talking about, where you're not alive but not quite in the afterlife either, that's what we call "barzakh." It's like a middle ground or a waiting area between this world and what comes next. You're technically gone from this life, but your soul hasn't fully transitioned to the afterlife yet. That's something that's supposed to happen on the day of judgment.

Yep, that’s the word I was looking for. Barzakh.

Believing in an afterlife is a must for us, but the devilish whispers make me go “What if all of it is just a big cope?” Perhaps my deen isn’t as strong as I assumed it was.

Every believer will sometimes get whispers because the devils will keep on trying. But that’s why a strong base of Islamic knowledge is a must, so you can battle these thoughts with reason.

You can easily experience this with deep meditation: you just let everything go, your mind empties and eventually you become just a pure consciousness floating into nothing, there's no more you, no body, no mind, no worries, no world, universe, nothing! It feels very natural and relaxing, like this is actually the real you and what you've been all along...

lol but they are just for views and muh sympathy

nde reports, psychedelics , past life regression etc seems to suggest there is an after life. Consciousness isn't found in the brain, just like you don't find the man talking inside the radio. Just look at the cia, they've spent money, time investigating certain practices like astral projection, remote viewing etc. The whole new science agenda etc is to make everyone feel worthless and nihilistic . To stop you from finding your real self. People keep searching for the kingdom of god outside. When it's already in you, a spark from the highest being

I believe in gnosticism, modern religions are simply flawed. A loving god will never send you to hell, he will never put you through hardships ''to test you and see how thought you are etc'' simply because he should know already

Maybe give this a look: (ik muh reddit muh copypasta, there are many instances of people viewing different things in the afterlife depending on their believes . The theory is that entities masquerade as loved ones, religious figures etc to trick us into reincarnating onto earth so they can feed off of our energy. Just like how we trap cattle and different animals to feed off of them. As above , so below.

https://www.biblegateway.com/verse/en/2 Corinthians 11:14

Plenty of clues inside the Quran and the Bible as well. This basically correlates with what i just said above.

Race , religion , politics shouldn't matter and we shouldn't fight or get attached to those. At the end of the day, we are all the same inside. Same consciousness , same spark. But this matrix is too deep on the programing. According to christians, muslims will go to hell because they don't follow jesus. And so is the same for muslims. Christians will go to hell because they don't follow islam etc. Same coin ,different faces. Tons of religions over humanity's existence on this earth. But i agree, islam, christianity do give us hints and help us in a way. But they're only a piece of the puzzle

Just look at the epicurean paradox. Gnostics believed in 3 types of people . Basically spiritually aware and to be ascending, all the way to literally npcs without a consciousness . Wasn't there a study showing over 55% or so of people don't have an internal dialogue? Makes you think who is just a body programed to annoy you, hate you, love you etc and who is an actual player in this multiplayer game. We are in deep amnesia

Hylic: “Of matter.” Can be thought of as a level of thinking, dealing with the lowest portion of human nature. It is considered living by instinctual drives with no sublimation.

Psychic: This level of thinking is the one right above “hylic,” and below
‘Pneumatophoroi’ It’s drive is the intellect, or normal understanding of the
mind. While alive in the earthly state, the psychic remains as a hylic.

Pneumatic: One who identifies with the spirit (pneuma), beyond that of the
physical (hylic) world and the intellect alone (psychic). The pneuma, described
in the ”Gospel of Phillip,” as ‘breath,’ refers to bonding with the internal
spark (splinter) that came from and is drawn to reunite with the Father

If there was an actual loving god in charge of this planet he wouldn't have made you an incel then lol. And there wouldn't be so much suffering, poor and rich, ugly and beautiful. But this world is imperfect and will never be perfect.

Regardless of what you think, the opinion of someone on a random forums doesn't change what many people experienced in near death experiences, trips, hypnosis etc

At the end of the day, we are all coping in some way. Masturbation , video games, religions, sex , food. You name it

If you're an atheist just tell me so i know to stop arguing with you. Atheists are the lowest form of consciousness and usually miserable on average and cope with muh sciene muh gene editing so i won't be short, ugly etc

I don't claim gnosticism is 100% true. But it's important to take in consideration other perspectives. Gnosticism is ancient tho. Some may question religion and god and don't even know about gnosticism

I’ve detached so hard from this life. I don’t give a fuck what political party is in charge, if ww3 comes, if i die alone etc

I’m looking for the afterlife. If reincarnation is real (and there is evidence for it, such as people knowing how they died in the past and having marks on them by how they were murdered/died etc and past life regression and so on)

I wouldn’t want to be back here on earth again. Sure there are nice things. But the best prison is the one that doesn’t look like one. Just like not many people realize slavery didn’t end. It’s just constructed in modern society in such a way it doesn’t look like slavery

Reincarnation is like gambling. Sure you may reincarnate into a beautiful person, or rich. But you could also reincarnate as a curry or third world peasant only to die a miserable death after living in miserable conditions

You may hit green, but even then you’re at a loss because you will still endure suffering, death and will be back again and this time you won’t hit green

The elites are inbred because they do rituals and contracts in the afterlife with entities so they keep reincarnating in the top percent of society.
