For like 2 years I deadass never drank anything maybe like 250 ml of water a day and now when I drink I’ll need a piss desperately in like an hour

Expand your bladder drink as much water as possible but still pee don't hold it in or you will get an infection and also drinking too less will just irritate your bladder so you get the urge to pee a lot more. Drink at least 1.5-2 litres of water a day which is about 6-8 cups
