My bloated smile lines

My cheeks are pretty big because of bloating mostly, also genetics. I don’t really have smile lines but my philtrum is a lot flatter than my cheeks so it looks like I have smile lines but I don’t. How do I fix this? I am not fat, and it wasn’t like this when I was younger (I am 17)
