my blood pressure is 124/52 should I be worried (120/44 yesterday)

idk what caused it might be some supps I’m taking such as epimedium which is like the only one I’m taking that lowers blood pressure but it’s only a little

whenever I stand everything goes blurry and black and I can’t see shi

I’ve been hella tired and fatigued idk if it’s because I’ve been taking diuretics (not pharma grade just stuff like DBLOAT)

Or because of my supps

Someone help I don’t wanna go to the doc

late to post but for the standing blurriness part its orthostatic hypotension prolly, i had the same thing, diuretics give dehydration and electrolyte problems, try to hydrate with something that has hella electrolytes or chill on diuretics
