With cancer, you know your days are counted and you'll be a couple of years max. You can do whatever you like during that time because you have nothing to lose now. With diabetes, you can live up to 100 and you'll be a slave to it forever. You always gotta cuck to the disease or it threatens to make you blind or a cripple. You can't enjoy life because you gotta eat the same disgusting bullshit for the rest of your life and you gotta live with pills and needles every day, it's a massive turn off in women because what women in her right mind would wanna have kids with you if she knows you've got diabetes and not only diabetes but type 1 as well which is hereditary and basically means your kid is fucked as well. Diabetes is also linked with ED as well and like 10 fucking million other things and symptoms. If you don't cuck to the illness, it will fuck you up heavily by your 50s, if you cuck to it, it might still fuck you up. Meanwhile, if you get a cancer diagnosis you just try to live a few good years while you're still able to before you suffer for a while but get to rest for an eternity shortly after.
