My bloodwork after running tren for 6 months

So my bloodwork just came back and everything is perfect I don’t know how I indeed felt perfect but I just couldn’t believe it it was 200/250 tren I also did 300 at one point with 350/500 test but I’m still have insane water retention and it gave me gyno. Probably because the only hormone they didn’t test was estrogen because they skipped that they still have my blood so I wil be getting my estrogen checked next and than we will see how fucked up that is. I was using 1mg once a week of Arimidex and 350 test now running only that and I was a balloon still am
