I was making jokes but honestly you should start on 250mg/week of TRT injections
Inject at least twice a week
you can get it prescribed from a TRT clinic usually it’s $100/month
Also get prescribed an estrogen blocker(aromasin)

When you do this, you will feel better than you have ever felt before and everything will change
Also obviously after you do that then fix your lifestyle too
