MY body prefers if I focus 100% energy on fapping. If I workout, I have less energy for fapping.

Went for a run yesterday, didn't feel like fapping yesterday, nor today. Insanity. Consistent theme if I workout. My body needs to focus 100% energy on the fap to consistently fap, so that will be my sole workout henceforth.
