My Bonemass guide (comment if something need to be added)

So for supplements I take:

Vit D3 (15000 ui)
K2 (120 to 240mg)
Magnesium(don’t remember the amount)
Omega 3(just for general heath none to do with bone mass)
Vit B12(just for general heath none to do with bone mass)

Diet:

Red meat (for chewing to gain mass on the jaw and very nutritional)
Eggs (very nutritional)
Greek yogurt (for calcium)
Broccoli(for calcium)
All fruits but a lot of oranges(oranges have vit C that helps with bone health)

Bone smashing:

For me I only bonesmash my zygos(cheek bones) because it’s my failio but it depends where you deficient in Bonemass

none of this will have any significant effects and don't think you'll end up with ramirez tier zygos, you won't even get close that

I am not looking to look like anyone else and I’m 14 so it will impact me more as I’m in puberty

retard was js giving example that ur zygos wont get that big nor even any big at all, this might not impact, even if ur in puberty.

it's just genetics ramirez ate cocaine for breakfast and had psl icon level zygos

When he was a kid and teen he used to live in a farm which he probably ate eggs, meat, raw milk and cheese and he only did cocaine later and his bones were already developed
