Yes it does but not on the browridge or gonial area

Here’s my first picture from a year ago

Not a very good picture but you can see my chin was flat

Bonesmashing guide:
What worked best for me was
3 minutes bonesmashing chin with a hammer
2 minutes punching
And 2 more minutes with a hammer
.

Here’s 6 months ago

Slightly more projection
Still flat
At this point I was only hammering smashing my chin

And today(literally)

In these wide to side photos you can tell theirs slightly more protrusion in my chin

Maybe like 2 cm but it’s still PROGRESS
so the answer is
Yes bonesmashing works but not overnight

It takes years (and brain damage)

Cons:
Gave me cte
Hand shake all the time
My chins nerves are numb
Theirs slight assymetry
And I get headaches everyday from the cte
