A person better skilled at manipulation would be more smooth in his tactics...He would reward good behavior and punish rejection. When a new girl would be hired he would shower her with attention, praise, gifts, raises, etc... He would compliment her during staff meetings, have her sit next to him, organize regular parties, dinners, gatherings with all the people working there so it would feel more like a family than a sterile working place, and she'll have a special spot there.
However if after all this attention she would reject him, then she will isolate her, give her more work, useless and pointless tasks, put her in a small, isolated office, far from the other people, criticize her during staff meetings, have her sit at the end of the table during meals, make fun of her while the other employees will immediately join in, etc...

Sued for what - for giving her work, for putting her at the end of the table, none of this shit would fly in Romania, but the western world is pretty cucked, the way things are going there women would probably soon demand to be paid and do absolutely no work or they will scream they're harassed by their boss and discriminated...
Stuff like this actually used to happen back when Romania was communist, everything was owned by the state, there was zero unemployment, everyone had a job, and it was almost impossible to get fired. Some people exploited the system by working very slow or even refusing to do certain things, so many state owned companies and institutions simply invented new job positions where these people were required to do nothing: just sit in an office or warehouse for 8 hours and they were still paid just like everyone else.
