same shit happens to me when i browse this forum for too long, or browse social media too much, watch porn etc

do less of the above and do some mindfulness meditation, walks in nature, reading books, socializing, exercising, eating healthy and 8 hrs of sleep and u will feel a lot better in a couple of days
