when i see my reflection all i see is problems that need to be solved

what did i do to my brain to deserve this.

Solve the problems is what I’d say since I hate how I look aswell
But what people don’t talk about is how not doing overstimulating things can help with stuff.
I basically only read manga as my main source of entertainment because most things are just loops that keep me subservient
