My brain is literally running out of dopamine

I can’t produce it anymore
Nothing is fun to me anymore
Nothing interests me
Even when it comes to me mogging others that doesn’t even give me a dopamine hit anymore brutal…
Not even my eating my favourite food helps, watching Netflix etc…

Yh in fact it’s something I regularly do since I prep meals wether it’s for uni or the gym and sometimes my parents don’t have time to cook for me too
So yeah most of the times it’s chicken, rice broccoli, steak and onions, eggs and bacon etc

Most of the times it’s just me messing about like I would add random ingredients that I don’t think belongs in it. For example a whole bunch of cinnamon, ginger, lemon, black pepper on my grilled chicken
