The decline was gradual and hard to notice.
It's like when you start eating a lot of cheetos and drinking starcucks coffee.
You barely notice you are getting fuck as fat until you compare your present self to a photo of yourself from one year ago.
Except you can't take photos of your brain or even accurately assess it's processing speed like you could do with a core i9.
You just got used to the slow speed that it now feels normal and "fast enough".
But lemme remind you that cellular deterioration starts in your mid 20s, this includes your cognitive ability.
Problem solving ability, mathematical ability, reasoning ability etc., basically everything that matters, is going down after 25.
To be a true pioneer. A true inventor. A true explorer. To discover new worlds. To make scientific breakthroughs. You need to be under 30, ideally under 25.
