My brother is legit 6'4, lean and toned and good looking.

He gives me this "big brother" advice which isn't really useful. "Oh just to the gym and lose weight bro, you would actually do alright".

I thought to myself that this shit is so common sense so it's not really helpful advice. He just an annoying alarm that won't stop going off on one .

I'm in the process of losing weight and eventually ill gymax but even that won't be enough while I'm in his presence.

He is literally 6'4 and I'm only a 6'1 loser.

One time he had a few girls round and they all fucking love him. And I was just standing around feeling like a nobody. I'm also a virgin and my brother even went as far as to mention to the girls that I'm a virgin and they just started laughing.

And then they just went back to being all over him. They were all competing for his attention it was so brutal. None of them wanted me. None of them...


He is always picking up new girls banging their fucking asses all the time while I've just been sitting here eating big Mac's, ice cream and crisps while watching TV or jerking off to porn.

Its been my first week dieting and it has been an awfully painful week. And it's gonna take me a long, long time before I'm 12 percent bodyfat. And even then, I'll still get mogged by my brother.


And If I do leanmax and get girls one day, I can't be in my brother's presence because they will legit cheat on me for him....

Not much of a difference 6'1 and 6'4. Yes he height mogs you but you're not 5'7 or something brutal so it doesn't really matter that much. Stop being a bitch and take his advice

You sound incredibly mentally weak. The whining and complaining emanating from your post was like that of a child. Certainly not that of a man.

Stop blaming your brother for being 6'4. I'm a 5'8 man and I can't believe a 6'1 guy would complain.

If u find 1 week of dieting hard than you have a lot of mental toughness to develop.

You are a 6'1 white British guy- if you get it together, you have opportunities to slay worldwide.

Forget comparing yourself to your brother. It's a mental illness. I did that with my 6'3 cousin and I ended up ruining my relationship with him, probably for life.

Focus on your own path and take full responsibility for it.
