Went from normie to low tier truecel. He looked pretty normie when he was 12/13 (normal growth, wasnt recessed). Then he let himself go after that because hes literally autistic. started eating a full carb diet that consisting of cereal and bread instead of meat like a fucking retard. He had been mouth breathing his whole life, now he cant even close his mouth anymore because he cant even breathe through his nose because he'll suffocate. hes complaining to my mom that he cant breathe through his nose and is demanding her surgeries to fix it. He also has his mouth open all the time and is disguting to look at. Somehow, even his ipd got fucked. Eyes are so close together and is so hard to mantian eye contact with you just have to look away. Also, his skull is underdeveloped and weird. He recently got a buzzcut and now he looks like one of those deformed inbred pakis.
