Allright well, im guessing you want the best for your brother right? So i think you should get him ontrack by making him forget about looksmaxxing and clav and just start doing things like going to them gym, living a healthy lifestyle and taking care of himself and his looks in general. I'd say looksmaxxing is more for "broken" people so the best is just to improve in a healthy and normal way, grind and live a good life
