Unfortunately it's over. But we already knew that. Admittedly the first photo was taken from slightly below making hips look wider but still.

Look at the brutal hip asymmetry.

I have self suspected scoliosis, and experience back pain. But UK healthcare is a mess, so getting tested is hard.

It's so over. I don't wanna shrink. But I think I'll try and see a GP and they will hopefully refer me for an x-ray

You have the hip asymmetry as you mentioned but also your shoulders are uneven and there is a visible curve to your spine. Definitely scoliosis

There is surgery but yours isn't severe enough for it anyways and there is pretty much nothing you can do as an adult.
