Before you read any further: most supplements are a waste of money if you don't have a deficiency. And even if you do have one, there's a good chance you can fix that shit by eating a proper diet instead of buying another overpriced bottle of pills.
S Tier – Actually Worth Buying

  • Creatine – Cheap, ridiculously well-researched, and one of the few supplements that consistently delivers. ( pre-loading phase is just wasting money ) 10/10
  • Whey protein – It's food with better marketing. If you can't hit your protein goal, drink it and move on. 9/10
  • Caffeine – Amazing for performance and focus. Lost 3 points because tolerance builds up if you abuse it. 7/10
A Tier – Great if You Need Them
  • Vitamin D3 – Actually useful if you're deficient. Can make a noticeable difference if your levels are low. But if you're already fine, don't expect it to turn you into a different person. You're taking vitamin D, not injecting sunlight. 8.5/10
  • Fish Oil (Omega-3) – Good if you don't eat enough fatty fish. If you already eat salmon, sardines, etc., congratulations—you already have the supplement in food form. 8/10

B Tier – Useful in Certain Situations

  • Magnesium – Decent supplement, especially if you're deficient. The internet acts like it fixes everything from sleep to testosterone to anxiety. Calm down, it's a mineral, not a cheat code. 6.5/10
  • Electrolytes – Great if you're sweating heavily, doing endurance sports, or training hard in heat. If your biggest physical activity is walking to the fridge, you probably don't need them. 6/10

C Tier – Mostly Overrated

  • BCAAs – Congratulations, you bought expensive flavored water because you didn't realize your protein already contains amino acids. Almost useless if you're eating enough protein. 3/10
  • Testosterone Boosters – The supplement industry found a way to sell confidence in a bottle. Most of these are just random herbs with impressive names and tiny doses. "Alpha Beast Ultra Testosterone Max" isn't fixing your hormones. 2/10
D & F Tier – Absolute Garbage
  • Fat Burners – Usually just overpriced caffeine with fancy branding. You're paying extra to sweat more while your wallet loses weight. 2/10
  • Detox Supplements – Your liver and kidneys already do this for free. Stop buying overpriced fairy dust. 1/10
  • Homeopathic Supplements – Paying premium prices for practically nothing. Great business model, terrible supplement. 0/10
At the end of the day, most supplements are overpriced bullshit. You're usually just wasting your money and convincing yourself that a few pills will make up for a bad diet, poor sleep, or inconsistent training.

Probably a low-effort post since this is my first time posting, but hopefully it helps someone avoid wasting money on useless supplements.
