Just fix any failos you can (until you’re happy with how you look), it all adds up
It’s not that nct isn’t a failo, it’s just that fixing it won’t make as much of a difference as you think

not really your canthal tilt that’s holding you back. your lashes are solid, but you’re missing some infra support and your midface is on the longer side. a canthoplasty would help balance that. in the video you sent, you were squinting a bit without that tension, your eye area shows less under-eye support, which is where infras would really help. either way, you’ve got strong features overall, don’t fixate on one flaw when the rest already carries you.
