Brown recluse bites aren't necessarily deadly to cats however the main problem is the infection.

You need to get it to a vet ASAP, even if your dad refuses to, convince him or bring it to a vet yourself.

Using alcohol would be dangerous, hydrogen peroxide isn't much safer. Iodine would be preferred, do you have that?

Hydrogen peroxide is quite damaging to cats skin but since its a last resort it's better then nothing, don't use alcohol.

Use a small amount of hydrogen peroxide to clear anything out. Your cat might go ape shit.

Then use a warm compress, clean towel, salted boiled water just make sure its not boiling just warm and press it against the wound for like 5 minutes. Then dry it and leave the wound to drain pus. Once it stops oozing then try apply a bandage. This is the best you can do but realistically a vet is what you need. If your cat gets lethargic, stops drinking or eating then its an infection and you need to go to a vet. Try not to use the peroxide to often as well, it damages healing tissue.

This method is long and tiring which is why a vet is the best option but at home this is your best bet. Sterilise once, warm salt water, pat dry and then repeat with warm salt water and pat dry until it stops leaking fluid and then apply a bandage.
