There is an app that many girls in my area use. You can ask them questions anonymously on there and they usually answer and post it on their story on instagram or whatever.

Anyway, I've so far asked 5 girls if they've ever approached a guy just because they found him attractive. All 5 said yes so far.
So yes, women do approach.
I will continue this experiment and ask as many random women and girls as I can and maybe make a thread about it.
