My cheeks always look like this, and it gets even worse if I touch them or go outside in the sun. This makes my face look more tanned.

It's that rosacea thing that's not actually rosacea that norwoodascender talked about
 
i guess they are more prone to it (im immune not my family tho)
So there is no permanent solution to it. I asked my dermatologist about it, and he told me to just wear sunscreen. But the condition still remains.
