My chest and back are growing too much

Wtf how do I stop this

I follow a simple ppl routine but they just grow so fucking fast compared to my biceps, abs and legs that many people have commented I look like an inverted nacho with skinny legs

Fml I just looked at myself in a mirror and I look like a turtle with tits or some shit and I am not even fat

I am insecure about using shorts now because my legs looks skinny when contrasted with my back

But I swear guys, I never skip leg day, in fact I start with legs every week so it would be lpp :feelswah:

probably doing too many isolation exercises for biceps not good unless youre on cycle

Do close-grip presses to emphasize the triceps more. Do more chin-ups rather than pull-ups to emphasize the biceps more.
