my chest isnt big at all btw its just more developed than the rest of my muscles

My bench is good for my age 15 and can do 75kgs

I need to grind more dips i could do 10 now I can only do 6
they mog for injury reduction during other activates due to the reduced stability but thats bad for body building ig
upper chest mogs tho
you can change your form to target one area a bit more but ig that's not really doable for a beginner

do dumbbell incline press and more pressing movements (chest press/smith bench) to get ur bench up trust
