my chest randomly feels heavy

i randomly feel like its harder to breathe

i can breathe fine but it does feel significantly heavier, randomly throughout the day but usually at night, idk whats up w that

Well u can go to a doctor and get a blood test
For it to fix for me they gave me folic acid tablets but there's 2 different iron deficiencys one they give u folic acid the other they give u iron tablets or sum
I also had another phase like this and went to the doctor and turns out I had sprained my chest without even knowing it so it could be that too

Might be something to do with ur lungs then im not sure about that tho
Could be a chest infection of some sort depends how long its been going on
