I was knocked out during it so that was fine, but the recovery is very annoying. Can’t chew food for a few weeks and i constantly feel uncomfortable with the nerve damage, also i can’t feel my bottom teeth

And I'm a bit older so I got smile + forehead lines, tho it's not too bad

If you have a good surgeon and lay out exactly what you want to them, that result will always mog fillers.

It looks within the normal range to me, but he clearly wants more projection, which wouldn't look bad either. There's not some discrepancy between what you can get with genio and filler.

Genio is just trickier to get right, but once you do, it is permanent and uses your actual bone.

Obviously, that's the risk you take when you want permanent lasting results with your own bone. The thing is you're not only acting like genio revisions don't exist, but you're making genio sound far more complicated than it actually is.

If you want quick and easy results, sure, go for filler. But you'll have to moderate it, refill it, etc.
