Maybe i’m bugging but i just think it makes me look so uncanny, especially with my ipd too are there any hardmaxxes that would fix it?

I'd say the problem is actually your lips, they look small and thus give your lower third a larger look.

Regardless I wouldn't worry, you look good so no need to obsess over such a small flaw.
