I basically have a perfect chin tbh, the size and projection is perfect, however when I smile my chin sticks out way more than it would when it's just resting there and goes past or around the same point as my nose .

It's made me self conscious about smiling after I noticed it.

What causes this, how can I fix it with surgery or softmax (I know softmaxing isn't happening but i'll try any copes)

Sorry for shitty grey post btw

If any high iq users decide to spawn in, I don't have an underbite

I'm 95% sure it's just the muscles in my chin

it’s a halo retard, you could botox if you really want to

that looks good though? if it’s muscle you can botox it away i wouldn’t
It doesn't look good, I have perfect chin when it's just resting like I said, a nose that is projected to the nose cucks maxilla and makes you look like a witch

My first thought was botox too but I can't find any examples of botox being used on an over projected chin

Could be a ptosis of your chin's fat pad. Sometimes when u smile the fat pad on your chin moves straight to the furthest point of ur chin.
But id need a pic to be sure

I'll keep looking, I can't find one case of botox being used for over projected chin, I know there is a chin reduction surgery but my chin isn't over projected while resting

You might be onto something

What would fix that? Fat disolvers?

you can just speak to the injector and tell them what you want and see what they suggest

Yeah i'll keep doing more research, I think @Chicofuckedmywife might be onto something with the fat pad
