My chin to philtrum is like 1.5x

Its generally terrible however thats when im on my front facing camera on my phone, when its taken on a back camera its closer to 2.
Genioplasty will save me

yeah its not that bad but the thing is it messes up my whole lower third my mandible is slightly recessed if it was just a tiny bit more projected my chin to phil and lower third height would be ideal

Then maybe you need double jaw, especially if you have an overbite
