I've never been to therapy before, so im so glad im taking the 1st step to finding out whats mentally wrong with me and having a licensed professional listen to me

I'm very happy for you
and proud that you want to try new things and decided to take care of your mental health

Therapy has helped me tremendously but it did cost a lot of money and time

My advice is: give it time
and don't stick with one specialist if you think she/he doesn't suit you
Need to find someone you can trust and be open with
I know you hate women, jfl it might be better to get a guy but a nice lady who is intuitive would be great as well
