My company hiring immigrants to replace me.

Recently we have been understaffed at our company because they fired a shit-ton of people during covid, and then failed to re-hire the same amount due to not offering competitive wages.

With the recent inflation and wages being left behind at our company, recruitment has been slow.

Their solution? Instead of increasing wages, hiring immigrant workers that dont speak the language here(dutch) and barely even speak English.
They cant interact with customers at all beyond the basics, and other employees keep having to step in to fix things. Employees getting the same shit wage as them btw.

Whole year my company has been hammering on hospitality and providing our customers a 'top-tier' experience. But now they hire new employees to interact with our customers that dont even speak our language, just so they can keep wages low jfl.

I need to get out of here asap. Just another jew company.

Thats why there was this whole fiasco and artificial propaganda behind the whole united states border crisis. They are just outsourcing cheap labor to combat the fuck ups, and legally its probably institutional grade infrastructure that streamlines this process.

You need a 1 month full-time training to get the skills to do it and have a bit of brain, but beyond that it doesnt take much finesse to do. it becomes routine work, with a lot of direct customer interaction.

Over. Were gonna get replaced by low-paid immigrants that are fine with living in slums.
