go to your Taskbar and click the little arrow, it should show you some sort of NVIDIA or AMD gpu control settings application. Click that and fiddle around

Or search Graphics Settings in windows search, and open it, and select any app and it should tell you what the integrated graphics are and what the GPU is

Between 3050 and 3070? 3070 is much stronger. And 3050 ti laptop GPU is particularly bad in a way due to the very limited VRAM that bottlenecks its performance compared to PC 3050
