My conclusion and Observations (the only REAL softmaxxing you can do)

After years of lurking and analyzing looksmaxxing softmaxxes, hardmaxxes, and all that lyes between I’ve concluded the following:

The only real meaningful softmaxes you can do are as follows: your skin and your neck.

1. Achieving perfect skin - if you have so called ‘glass skin’ with 0 bumps and jsut flawless consistency and mostrized, you get an insane halo. Also, coloring falls under this category of perfect skin.

2. Training ur neck. Pretty grey knowledge but makes an insane difference and looks really robust on anyone. No one cares about your biceps, shoulders, etc it’s all cope really as long as ur build is decent and ur not fat as shit. Jsut maintain with pull ups or some movement really - gym celling is a low ROI move here.

This will ascend 99% of ppl. After you have done those 2 things u can get to the nitty gritty stuff but won’t make a crazy difference compared to skin and neck: eyebrows, lashes, long thick hair, occuilis training, debloating and NT maxing.

Everything else is cope btw .

Water. But what about loosing BF% or making your eyebrows darker. There is more you could do.

I’m talking for someone who is alrdy average normal weight . Won’t make as much as a difference as skin and neck . For example the other day at KFC I saw this extremely overweight man but his skin was fucking crazy 0 spots and gave him the most wild halo everyone was looking at home. His coloring was rly good too with red undertones. Despite him having a msssive stomach , he still mogged and looked insane

losing bf%, dying brows, getting clear skin and training neck are really the only true softmaxxes , all the rest are cope

I’m aware this is water mostly, jsut waned to share some thoughts
 
water, also not mentioning achieving single digit bodyfat is ridiculous

Someone needs to make a thread on hwo to get good coloring and skin, I have no clue.

water, u can also lose body fat, take care abt lips and make ur brows darker and just better
