Also, ask him to show these at the 90% confidence level. BTW, Iranian farmer-related, Steppe pastoralist and Levantine-related are all West Eurasian, it’s not just the last one. I’m guessing he has R1a as his paternal haplogroup, considering the higher Steppe. Some people get as low as 0% over there.

I’m sure your autosomal results will be the same (so % of SAHG, Iran_N, Steppe), but chances are high they will have different haplogroups. Haplogroups are passed on from parents to their kids. You could have a maternal cousin but he could be R1a while you could be H1a, that’s because you descend from different paternal ancestors. However your maternal ancestors would be the same, so whatever maternal haplogroup he has, you should have too, assuming he’s your mother’s sister’s son.
