Found a picture from when my cousin and I were 10 years old, I was like 1 inch taller and 9 months younger

Now he's like 6'2" or more while I am 5'9" sub-human. My parents are 5'4". His mom is 5'3" and his father is 5'2"

It's more about what I wouldn't have done. I had a very poor diet, starved myself (I thought it was cool to go 24 hours without eating), didn't exercise, fapped 15x a day etc. I DID EVERYTHING WRONG

Even if I hadn't grown up to 6ft+, it would still have been beneficial, since I wouldn't be fat and testosterone-negative nowadays
