He's 6'5 (prob 6'4-6'4.5 barefoot) at 18, barely ever slept, either watches movies or plays games all day and had been since he was way younger, did NOT consume any protein really only snacks, barely drinks water, and he still grew that tall

Also 6'5 is pretty much ideal so he's right where he should be

environment and diet copers are just that copers. over generations it affects it yes but YOU aren't that affected much

Robert Wadlow slept well so he became tall

Most tall people are tall just cause they had the genetics for it

So like what's the reason for this ? Is it either that:
1) HGH is cope and there's another mechanism for height growth or,
2) His body just secretes a lot of HGH without sleep ?

It's just that he had the genetic foundation for it jfl
He had the DNA for it, if you don't have it you'll never grow as much, he lived damn near the same lifestyle as me as a kid (eating ice cream etc) and still grew more so genetics are law

Yeah but everything is genetics so the rate of mechanism behind height growth is also due to genetics aka secretion of HGH is also genetic
So I think reason 2 is valid

So yeah that's genetics too which means either way he had the genetics to grow tall, only pharmacology can change the way you grow and that's by a tiny bit

if you live an unsanitary lifestyle, at most at the VERY most you're losing maybe 0.7-0.9 inches of real bone height either way less than an inch of real bone height, unrecoverable height, you could be losing 1-2 inches of height on paper but that's torso height and related to your discs so with enough stretchmaxxing and flexibility you could get it back
