Use retinols or tretnoins.
Those definitely work. Vitamin c foods + 8-9 hours of deep sleep.

Lack of vitamins and poor lifestyle are real culprits apart from the sun.
Sitting infront of a pc and playing video games for long hours can also cause this problem.
Eating trash garbage junk food & consuming shitty soft drinks will speed up the process.
