Send the whole face its easier to judge. You could probably get infras but you will need more surgeries for soft tissue either way to fix your eyes.

Don't wanna send my whole face I'm like 25% bf , so it won't matter anyway, i will prob do infas + cantho + fat grafting, do you think by that ct scan that my infras are recessed, I'm no expert but you can just see how downwards they are

I mean your supras and infras are down swung. But it doesnt mean that much. But i. Forward projection they are that bad. Your jaw looks flat, you are not a sfs victim ?

Slightly short lower third but not that big of a problem. Yes the negative canthal tilt is the problem and also some eye assymetry but its not top big of a deal. But some kind of cantho is a must

i think the implants are not obviously necessary, i strongly recommend getting the fat grafting before you go ahead with infra implants, given that you might get the desired result from the fat graft
