My CT SCANS results: Should I do Bimax?

So there are my CT scans results. I know the best option is to do Bimax but do you think any surgeon will accept? The radiologist said that my malloclusion was minor. @SixCRY told me that my respiratory tracts are too small so maybe I can get bimax with this argument but not sure. I see my surgeon in 2 weeks.
What do you guys think?

His Xrat is tilting cuz it was lying on back so u can't even judge by the Xray, just looking at airway he needs bimax

it's not even an X-RAY , he took a CT SCAN lying and in it u can see x-ray but it's not real x-ray , real one is standing up with frankfort plane

@Litchi4423 your x-ray doesn't look recessed at all, but on your profile photo, it looks like you don't have good separation between the jawline and neck. Have you considered submental liposuction? That might make your lower face look more defined (at it is much less drastic and probably cheaper than bimax).

You need a submental liposuction and genio. Your submental area is what needs attention.
