My CT scans - what do I need?

I know I need chin, flared gonian etc. but what else? Specifically I'm worried about my under eye hollows and lack of midface support, is it a soft tissue issue for me or lack of bone? What is the best solution to fix it? Fat grafts? Implants? Some crazy skull splitting procedure?

I have pretty thick skin and what looks like dog shit tier fat distribution, so maybe it's just fat + thick heavy skin sagging into nasolabial folds? Even if that's the case idk what I need. Fat grafts?

Every AI I have asked said I have neutral orbital vector not negative, good maxilla projection xygo projection etc but I feel like it's gaslighting me tbh

infraorbital inplants have a high botched rate- I do think it would be best to just get fat grafts for the undereyes

You think it would be an ascension for me? I don't really understand fat grafts and how it will be able to lift up and support the mid face/nasolabial fold area

I also agree though implants often look uncanny af other than like 1/100000 like that dude who went to eppley saiyan or whatever his name is

it wont uplift and support and so the sideprofile wont acend much, but the view from the front would be alot better. For your nasolabial folds just get leaner or use a fat dissolver
