Hello fags, I will be here to discuss my current ascension plans in regards to my face specifically assimetrical jaw development, my theories ideas and findings and maybe this can help some of yuo . Also I am not posting pictures yet since I dont wanna doxx myself maybe in the future after surgeries

I Background

For reference I was a fat ass all my life, so sadly when I lost weight at 18 (from 115kg to 80kgs , / im 75kg now as this was about 3years ago) I noticed that my jaw and my face is assymetrical, basically my left side is a lot more developed and my ramus sticks out more and is probably a lot longer, It made sense as i always chewed on my left etc but my mom has the same thing so it's basically genetics always jfl :feelswhy:
II First stages

First stage was asking and begging my parents and after about 1 years I managed to get my first braces, i went to the best ortho in my country and got the following
over a 1.5 year period, MSE , then about 5 months later top braces, followed by lower braces about 2 months after that, sadly this year I had to get 4 pre molars extracted as it was either that or nothing bcz i had my teeth all slanted and crowded and fucked up, im a pretty bad assymetry case when it comes to my jaw so ye
III Current future plans and dillema
Now finally I have almost managed to convince my parents to consider surgery, they were agaisnt it bcz of recovery but it depends on the type of surfery:feelswat:, so I want to look at this from my persepctive and see your fag thoughts.

Option 1 : Orthogantic surgery
Benefits: Most complete surgery, fixes root issues
Downsides: Cost, Recovery, Easiest to botch hardest to fix
Basically this is the options most people think first of but we have to look at it carefully. The advantage of this surgery is that it fixes the root issue, in my case I do have some head tilt + small nose and eye assymetry but considering how fucked up my jaw assymetry is they arent really that bad, for reference my jaw has good projection actually so they assymetry is even more visible then if i was super duper recessed 🤡.

Getting back to the issue at hand it is however important we take a good look at the downsides. First and sadly the cost, orthogantic surgery is the most expensive, in my country (southeast europe ,ifykyk) costs range from 10-14k, now for most people this already puts them out of reach, luckily for me parents are well of but it is still pretty expensive. Downside 2 is the recovery, it is brutal and i wont dwell to long on it but you basically lose a few months of ur life. Downside 3, risk of fuck up: Simple, it is a complex surgery and depending on how retarted ur surgeon is you can spend 10k+ for a descension or like a 0.5 improvement.
Overall orthogantic surgery is a high risk high reward, it can improve a lot and fix multiple things at once but its a risky + hard procedure

Option 2 : Camouflage (Genioplasty + Implants)
Here we get into in my opinon a really interesting case,
Benefits : Cost, Easy Recovery, Still good ascension potential
Downsides: Doesnt adress core issues
Basically after talking with my ortho he said that after I finish braces in about 1.5 years (im also getting inter maxilarry elastics) i could maybe get an genioplasty as he thinks i dont really need full ortho surgery,, and I think if one were to combine this with implants you could get a very good combo.
Genioplasty : Good cost, around 3-4k maybe 5k depeniding on doctor, easy recovery around 1 week + maybe a month of swelling max, very easy.

results can be a bit meh tho, you center the center of your face and can align the mouth + nose better, as it is the center it is the most important but things like ramus + head tilt arent fully fixed. Still pretty good overall

Implants : Decent cost, custom implants can run up to 6-8k eur so more expensive than genio but still less than orthogantic, for looks they can enhance jaw size and projection + custom ones can camouflage assymetry pretty decently

Cons are that they still dont adress root issues so if you have bad nose + eye assymetry youre still fucked

Overall :
Full ortho surgery can be a good option but it has higher risks, worse recovery and easier to get botched,

Meanwhile genio + implants have an easier cost (ortho can still be around 14k or more and you can maybe opt for just implants or genio depending on what yuo have, while this can run up to 12k it is spread out over 2 surgeries) however it doesnt fix root issues, still an easier recovery, much more reduced risk can make this an attractive options

IMO I think that the second option can be good if it gets you at least 85-90% there, while full ortho may get yuo there in my case I believe (hopefully) that those 2 + braces can be enough. Obviously this doesnt take into account things like softmaxxes , hiding with haird beard etc just pure surgery

COPE TIER: Acid , Fillers and Fat grafts are scams and yuo are retarted if you think this will fix you, get that titanium in you boyo or cut your bones otherwise fuck off🤖🤡

TLDR Ortho can be good but risky and expensive, meanwhile genio + implants can get yuo 85% there with lower risks and better costs (+ braces fag) DONT DNR OR YOU WILL BE INDIAN TOMORROW ( ON PAKI)
